Overview 

The effective management of an organization human resource is now recognized across the world as the critical component in the success of both the public and private enterprise. Irrespective of size, the presence of well- trained and motivated staff, capable of working as a team, will enable organizations to meet the fresh challenges that come from the rapidly changing environment as that in which all organizations must now operate.

The recognition of the role and importance of human resource management in the work place has led to the demand for trained and qualified professional who can advise management in this area, and to the development of a career structure through which such a professional may rise to the highest levels of the organization.

The program introduces students to the academic disciplines that underlie the effective management of the human resource, and goes to explore both the theory and practice of human resource activities.

This program is a two year course. HRM Diploma level students can proceed to the third year degree program at the College.
